Upon purchasing a license from iTradeAIMS, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to use the Software strictly for your personal, non-commercial trading analysis:
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of any compiled files or protected scripts.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, lease, or share software licenses, access credentials, or invite-only script permissions with any third party.
- Violation of these licensing terms will result in immediate termination of all licenses and access without refund.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our Software operates within third-party environments (such as TradingView and MetaTrader). You acknowledge that your use of these third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. iTradeAIMS is not responsible for outages, script execution delays, API changes, or limitations imposed by third-party platform providers.
6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All Software, tools, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iTradeAIMS does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that technical calculations will guarantee profitable outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTradeAIMS and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the Software.
