For those who might think it might include "signals when they are not trading". I always share these details based on the "Have you checked charts" forms I print for the month. I like to fill them with a pen, that gives me a different feel. At the end of the month, I collect that information, in the form of a review and update it onto this sheet. My Times are, as you know, 7am UK until 6pm uk (sometimes, upto 8pm) but most of my trades (70%) are taken within the first 6-8 hrs.

Don't Forget the Power of TZ1
The Target zone one is the BEACON of the Banana or the Setup 1 ... it is THE number one filter that is inbuilt into my trading process. I don't draw it for every trade, because I can simply eye it. But for beginners, its best to always draw and make sure that your entry is at least 2R away from it.
